Talk Abt bad luck I have one 5 star and almost all the 4stars

can't really compare the 2 since they're both developed by different teams at hoyo, but the genshin team really needs to improve. In hsr we got a free 5 star, multiple quality of life features that lets you redo events and get potential rewards you missed, around 120 pulls just from starting the game and has amazing F2P options with a weapon banner that's actually worth it. A selectable standard banner 5 star after 300 pulls (which...you can get after not too long of playing.) and so much more which makes the game sm more easier to play. Genshin has it's own pros too, but it's definitely obvious which part of the company likes it's players more.
